HOLE SAW CUTTER
A hole saw also known as a hole cutter, is a saw blade of annular (ring) shape, whose annular kerf creates a hole in the workpiece without having to cut up the core material. It is used in a drill. Hole saws typically have a pilot drill bit (arbor) at their center to keep the saw teeth from walking. The fact that a hole saw creates the hole without needing to cut up the core often makes it preferable to twist drills or spade drills for relatively large holes (especially those larger than 25 millimeters (1.0 inch)). The same hole can be made faster and using less power.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The depth to which a hole saw can cut is limited by the depth of its cup-like shape. Most hole saws have a fairly short aspect ratio of diameter to depth, and they are used to cut through relatively thin workpieces. However, longer aspect ratios are available for applications that warrant them.
The blade of Tuwei’s hole saw cutter is made of M42, premium M42 High Speed Steel cutting edge. The dual-metal structure and 4 & 6 alterable teeth allow quick and stable cutting and ensure an extend service life, Fit for drilling holes of 25mm to 114mm diameter on stainless steel pipes, carbon steel pipe, and so on. Hole saw is installed on the hole cutting machine, our hole cutting machine is with speed-adjusting, the speed should be vary according to the condition of cutting different kinds of material, for example, 1inch hole saw for carbon steel pipe, the speed should be 350RPM, while for stainless steel pipe, the speed should be 175RPM.

We test our hole saw in our factory by continuously making holes on different pipes to get initial data, then we provide hole saw to some contractors for free to get further data, after receiving positive feedback, we start mass production. PRODUCT USE
Well for hole saw, the key point is its life, so how to extend hole saw’s life is an important thing. For suppliers, choose perfect material is the first step, then improve its quality is key step. For users, there are several advises need to be followed.
a) Start building your hole saw kit with sizes that are larger than one inch
b) Add coolant. The excess heat causes the teeth to dull very quickly, so add coolant to the saw during operation to extend its service life significantly.
c) Don’t struggle with worn-out hole saws. Like any other cutting tool, a hole saw will get dull with use. If your hole saw cuts slowly or starts to smoke, it’s likely dull and needs replacing.
d) Choose correct hole saw and run it at the proper speed
e) Avoid cheaper hole saw kit. These cheap kits seem like a great deal, but you get what you pay for. The hole saw teeth dull very quickly and the saws are often shallow, limiting the thickness of the material you can drill through.
f) When using hole saw, tap a location hole with center drill at first, and clean hole saw after working finished.
