AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC PIPE GROOVER (TWG-IVZ)
TWG-IVZ is a semi-automatic hydraulic pipe groover is capable of roll grooving 8"-24" (325mm-630mm) Schedule 20, Schedule 40 carbon steel pipes up to 12.7mm wall thickness. Comes with casters and adjustable legs for easy mobility in the workshop and stability during grooving process. Thanks to electrohydraulic system, it offers easy and hands-free operation.
PRODUCT FEATURES
● Enhanced Jockey Polly Assembly keeps pipe on the machine during whole grooving process.
● Effortless handling of 8"-24" steep pipes with all thickness of 12.7mm thanks to powerful induction motor.
● Safety work due to foot switch and emergency stop button.

MACHINE SETUP
Use an overhead crane to lift/transport the machine to a concrete floor. Eye bolts/Lifting points are available at both sides of machine.
Make sure the four legs touch the concrete floor and the caster off the floor. Slightly adjust the legs to make the machine horizontal level.
Plug the foot switch into the machine and connect incoming power by qualified electrician.
Let the machine run idle (hold down the green button) to check whether it’s normal. The machine is ready to work.
