2"-12" PIPE CUTTER (TWQ-IIIA)
2"-12" Pipe Cutter TWQ-IIIA is capable of cutting steel pipes with outer diameter from 2" (60mm) to 12" (325mm), maximum wall thickness 10mm. It easily square cuts the pipe without sparks or open flame. It’s perfect for safety operation at jobsite or in workshop.

PRODUCT OPERATION
Place pipe on machine and pipe stand.
Make sure the machine and pipe stand are on flat, level ground. Place the cut end of the pipe on the machine short wheel or long wheel (2”-6” pipes on short wheel (see Fig.1); and 8”-12” pipes on long wheel (see Fig.2)), and the other end of pipe on the pipe stand. Adjust the height of the pipe stand to keep both ends of the pipe horizontal. Make sure the pipe is resting squarely on the machine short wheel or long wheel.
Press the handle of rock arm to lower cutting blade close to the pipe, then press the pump handle to utilize the hydraulic pump to advance the cutting blade until it touches the pipe.
Turn on the ON/OFF switch to get the cutting blade rotated. Press handle of the hydraulic pump to start cutting. Allow the pipe to rotate for one or two revolutions before pressing the handle of hydraulic pump again. (Pressing too aggressively may distort pipe or damage cutting blade).
Stop pressing when the pipe is going to be cut off. Leave the pipe to rotate for several revolutions till it’s cut off completely.
PRODUCT TRANSPORTING
The machine is designed with a hand grip at the top rear and two wheels at the bottom rear of the frame for one-man transporting. Do not use the rock arm handle for any transporting as it may cause personal injury or damage to the hydraulic cylinder.
