PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This machine TWG-VIIA is equipped with combined upper roller holder. When making groove on different size of pipe, there is no need to disassemble the upper roller, just pull out the rotate shaft, chose the corresponding upper roller, that’s done. Very fast and convenient to change upper roller. The whole unit can be easily moved and automatic locating is available during processing.

This machine TWG-VIIA is equipped with removable stand. Sometimes workers will face some problems about moving machines from one place to another place, especially when the machine is very heavy. The weight of TWG-VIIA is around 230KGS, so it is heavy-duty one. Consider this problem, TUWEI designed removable trolley. Workers can rotate the handle wheel clockwise to make the stand contact the ground before starting grooving. After finishing grooving, workers can rotate the handle wheel anti-clockwise to make stand leave ground and wheels touch ground, then workers can take the machine to another place.
This machine TWG-VIIA is equipped with quick oil pump. Quick oil pump means the oil pump can make the upper roller downwards quickly, which will improve groove efficiency. Workers just raise the handle of oil pump, the handle seat will make the limit nut downwards to the surface of oil pump. Then the limit nut links to the piston, which makes the upper roller will downwards to the pipe surface very quickly.
This machine TWG-VIIA is equipped with unit head safety cover, this cover is to prevent personal injury caused by people's leaning too tightly that clothes get involved to the machine during the process of grooving.
This machine TWG-VIIA is equipped with foot switch, workers can control the machine start and stop by stamp the foot switch. The current in the wire of foot switch is less than 1A, that means it is very safe, will not make electric shock.
After finishing working, there are some matters needing attention.
1. Ensure that the machine is disconnected to the power.
2. Hydraulic oil, when you feel no power when shake the handle of oil pump, it needs to add hydraulic oil.
Loosen the filling cap to add hydraulic oil (loss through the cylinder valve, remove all dirt in the vicinity of the lid orifice). Remove all dirt around the filling orifice before adding oil. Unscrew the drain screw before emptying all the used dirty oil If you wish to remove the entire hydraulic cylinder from the main unit lower the slide to the lower position, loosen the screws fixed to the piston and the 10 screws from the pump seat.
3. Lubrication. The lubricator for the roller shaft must be lubricated once a month and each time the roller set is replaced. Add lubricating grease to the pin bearings prior to reassembling them.
