1"-12" ROLLER COMBINED GROOVER MACHINE(TWG-VIIA)
The idea of different sized upper roller combined in one part is the big selling point. The user no longer to worry about losing the upper roller. The base of TWG-VIIA roller combines groover machine design like trolley which convenient for user to move.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
● The new hydraulic pump system for quick feeding. Make the operation much more easily.
● Different sized pinch rollers combined in one part, no need to undo the pinch rollers when grooving different sized pipes. Just by rotate the pinch roller part user can achieve the shift between different sized pinch rollers.
● Machine body equipped with quick lifting system, four wheels been controlled by one rod. It is very easy to move the machine.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Causes | Solutions |
No pressure in the oil cylinder. No action resulted from pumping action. | 1. Insufficient hydraulic oil. | Add correct hydraulic oil. |
2. Dirty oil blocks the system. | Replace the hydraulic oil, clean the oil filter. | |
3. Leakage occurs to the check valve. | Remove the screws and spring. Knock the small steel balls lightly to force out the airtight surface. | |
The piston will move forward when the handle is pumped downward, but it will return when the handle is released. | 1. Dirt oil blocks the hole. | Replace the hydraulic oil. |
2. Leakage occurs at the check valve. | Remove the screws and spring. Knock the small steel balls lightly to force out the airtight surface. | |
3. Leakage occurs to other position. | Trace the problem and correct. | |
Insufficient oil cylinder pressure. | The spring of safety valve breaks down. | Replace the safety valve . |
The pipe rolls out of rollers. | 1. Improper direction and height of pipe stand. | Vary the direction and height of pipe stand. |
2. Improper direction of steel pipe. | Toggle the clock-wise / anti-clockwise switch to change the rotation direction of spindle. | |
3. Rough end face of steel pipe. | Grind the end face. |
