2"-12" AUTOMATIC ROLL GROOVING MACHINE (TWG-10A)
This is the TWG-10A automatic tube roll grooving machine. This innovative machine is capable of 2"-12" steel pipe and plastic lining steel pipe groove at the touch of a button. TWG-10A automates these processes. It modernizes and simplifies the grooving process, production accurate and repeatable grooves in a safer working environment for the operator.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
● This machine is designed for automatic production line of steel pipes.
● The electrical system, hydraulic system are controlled by computer with touch screen operation.
● Achieve 100% automatic production after assembled with the steel pipe production line.
● Output RPM of spindle is variable for different steel pipes improve the work efficiency greatly.

● Capacity:2“-12"( Φ 60- Φ 325) SCH40 steel pipe and SCH30 plastic lining steel pipe.
● Max. wall thickness: 10mm.
● Output RPM: 45rpm.
