● Designed auto delay function to make every single groove depth very precise.
● Equipped with solid wheels at the bottom of the machine, it is easy to transport in different building sites.

TRANSPORT
The four feet of the machine touch the ground and the four universal casters keep off the ground upon unpacking. (Refer to Fig. 1.). The hoisting status is as shown in fig. 2. In case a small moving is intended, loosen the four nuts as shown in Fig. 1, rotate the screws on the four legs to move the legs upward and enable the casters touch the ground to facilitate the moving of machine.

2.Dirt oil blocks the hose. | Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the strainer. | |
3.Wrong rotation direction of motor. | Exchange between any two phases of the three phases of the oil pump motor. | |
Abnormal start or stop of the spindle. | 1.Pressure relay malfunctions. | Adjust or replace the pressure relay. |
2.Intermediate relay malfunctions. | Adjust or replace the relay. | |
3.Time relay malfunctions. | Adjust or replace the relay. | |
Insufficient pressure inside the oil cylinder | Extra-low pressure of overflow valve. | Adjust the handle of high-pressure overflow valve. |
Too large flared opening of the steel pipe | Too fast channeling. | Reduce the speed-regulating valve or lower the system pressure. |
Significant unexpected moving of pipe | 1.Improper height or direction of the stand. | Re-adjust the height and direction of the stand. |
2.Uneven end-face of the steel pipe. | Polish the end face. |
