MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Roll grooving machine is a kind of pipe tool for workers to make groove then connect pipe by using grooved joints such as couplings. The principle of grooving machine is hard extrusion, when the upper roller touches the pipe surface, turn on the motor, handle the hydraulic oil pump to make the pipe rotate. The upper roller can press the pipe by shaking the handle of hydraulic oil pump, then form a groove. Roll grooving machine is widely used in fire-fighting system, Sprinkler systems, installations, larger heading units, industrial use and mining. The grooving machine is characterized by compact structure, flexible operation and beautiful shape.

ATTENTION BEFORE USING THE GROOVING MACHINE
1. Attention shall be paid to the operation safety during using the roll grooving machine. Before operating or servicing any roll grooving tools, read all instructions in this manual and all warning labels on the machine.
2. Avoid using the machine in potentially dangerous environments. Keep the work area well lit. Allow sufficient space to operate the tool properly.
3. Ground the tool to protect the operator from electric shock.
4. Disconnect electrical power before servicing the machine. Only authorized personnel should perform maintenance on the machine. Always disconnect power before servicing or adjusting the machine .
5. Prevent accidental startups. Place the power switch in the “OFF” position before connecting the machine to an electrical source.
6. It must be operated by professional operator, and non-professional operators cannot dismantle or replace the electrical and mechanical parts of the grooving machine without permission.
