MANUAL ROLL GROOVER(TWG-11A)
Manual Roll Groover TWG-11A can be used either manually or with power drive. It’s capable of forming standard grooves on steel pipe with outer diameter of ¾"- 8" (27mm-219mm) , wall thickness up to 7mm. It becomes an essential tool for pipeline maintenance.

PRECAUTIONS
This tool is only for grooving steel pipes.
Check the tool before using it
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair.
Use safety equipment. Wear eye protection, hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes.
Start working after the pipe has been fixed. Make sure the pipe is hold firmly when shaking the ratchet wrench of the groover.
Keep your fingers away from groove rollers during the whole grooving operation.
Don’t use the tool if it’s over the capacity.
Take care of the tools. Keep it clear and use grease every working day.
Keep the tools out of the reach of children and other untrained persons. Only well-trained users are allowed to use this tool.
If any problem, pls contact with local distributor or the factory. Don’t disassemble the tools by yourself.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
Roll grooving is widely used in the specialist installation such as sprinkler systems, commercial heating, industry and mining etc.
A small groove is made at the end of each pipe with a grooving machine. Two grooved pipes are connected by a two-part coupling which is screwed together with two bolts and nuts.
This flexible connection allows for a small amount of misalignment of the pipes and easy installation and removal of a section of piping in the middle of a run. It’s more resistant to quakes and more and more widely used in building industry.
