1/2"-2" PIPE THREADING MACHINE(1T50)
1T50 type threading machine driven by the electric motor, the motor adopts brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor, multistage gear reduction, large torque. And keep constant speed when no load, reliable work, low noise, this machine can rotate, two speed gear, voltage 110V and 220V universal, In addition to the pipe sleeve processing, but also cut the pipe and remove the burr from the cut pipe，machine can roll groove on the pipe by the machine. The power is transferred to the default state (counterclockwise), speed 40RP.
The machine is not mounted on the bridge and the other components of the bridge is the power head, it can be flexibly combined with other devices (such as rolling machine) for operation.

● This machine is designed to cut threads on 1/2"-2"pipes It's very easy to operate. Can make the ends of the pipes very smooth when cutting threads.

● The threading dies are made of high-speed steel. It has a long service life, which can thread at least 7000 to 8000 pieces pipe steel. The proven quality dies with precise cutting geometry ensure an excellent start-cutting performance, easy threading and ensure clean threads.
