ELECTRIC PIPE THREADER MACHINE （1T50）
Threading machine, also known as electric threading machine, electric pipe cutting threading machine. The threading machine makes the traditional manual pipe threader electrification, which makes the pipe thread processing easier and faster, and reduces the labor intensity of workers. Generally, there are light threading machine and heavy-duty threading machine, normally threading machine for pipe size up to 2inch is light threading machine, because it is light in weight and easy to handle, which is suitable for those who move machines frequently.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
TUWEI company has two kinds of threading machines, all threading machines are for external thread processing of pipes. One is removable with wheels and another is supported with 4pcs pipes. it is equipped with manual die head and automatic die head, customers choose corresponding threading machine according to their demands.
Electric pipe threader machine 1T50 is an electric motor driven machine which centers and chucks pipe, conduit
and rod (bolt stock) and rotates it while threading, cutting and reaming operations are performed. Forward (clockwise) or Reverse (counterclockwise) rotation can be selected with the FOR/OFF/REV switch and a foot switch provides ON/OFF control of the motor. The threading, cutting and reaming operations can be performed by conventional hand tools or tools designed for mounting on the Power Drive. A manual oiling system is available to flood the workpiece with thread cutting oil during the threading operation.
The Power Drive of threading machine can also be used as a power source for roll grooving machine. the roll grooving machine can be mounted to its power drive by remove cutter, reamer and carriage, then it will be an electrical grooving machine. very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
