POWER THREADER (1T50)
Power threader 1T50 is capable of creating accurate and smooth NPT or BSPT thread on Φ ½”- Φ 2” steel pipes and stainless steel pipes. The power drive of this machine can be also used to power RIDGID or TUWEI manual roll grooving machine.

SPARE PARTS DETAILS
The wear parts have long service life. We’ve tested some main wear parts as below details.
The HSS Dies after making 5000 thread ends.
The Cutting Wheel after cutting 4000 pipe ends.
The Reamer after reaming 5000 pipe ends.
THREADING OPERATION
Installing pipe in Power Drive
If pipe is long enough to be retained by centering device, insert it through front or rear chuck of the Power Drive. If pipe is not short, insert it into the front chuck.
Make certain the pipe is centered in centering device. Tighten centering device.
Tighten Front Chuck with a repetitive, counter-clockwise wise snap spin of Front Chuck Handle Wheel. This hammering action tighten jaws on pipe. A clockwise rotation snap spin release jaws.
Threading pipe with Quick-Opening Die Head
Check to ensure the cutter and reamer are to the rear of the carriage.
Lower die head into threading position.
Insert the proper size dies in the die head.
Set die head to proper size and to the closed position.
Apply thread cutting oil to end of the pipe during threading operation.
Grooving Operation
Remove Carriage with Lever, Die Head, Cutter Assembly and Reamer Assembly from the 1T50 Power Drive.
Fully open Front Chuck of the Power Drive.
Install the Connecting Rod and Drive Bar on TUWEI manual roll groover TWG-11A.
Place the Connecting Rod on Guide Bar of 1T50 Power Drive and insert Drive Bar into the Front Chuck of 1T50 Power Drive.
Close and tighten the Front Chuck to hold TWG-11A firmly.
Place the pipe on the knurl wheel and turn on the Power Drive to start grooving operation.
