PIPE CUTTER MACHINE BLADE
TUWEI offers a wide range of pipe cutting machines for the building site and the workshop use. The advantage of our pipe cutting machine is to cut the pipe without dangerous sparks, open flame and abrasive dust. It produces a fast and clean cut of the pipe. To achieve such a function, the cutting blade is an essential portion of the pipe cutting machine. The cutting blade is attached to the main shaft which is driven by the motor. When the machine is power on, the cutting blade is rotating and make the pipe rotated when it is fed into the pipe forced by hydraulic pump. The cutting blade travels around the pipe smoothly to cut off the pipe.
PRODUCT FEATURE
Material: The cutting blade is made of special alloy steel which has high toughness, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance.
Heat Treatment: Adopt appropriate heat treatment technology according to the characteristics of the material to ensure the hardness and toughness of the material
Positioning: According to the use characteristics of the blade, the fifth hole is specially set on the blade to ensure that the stress is concentrated on the pin shaft of the fifth hole in the process of use, so as to avoid the slipping of the screw in the other four screw holes.
Long service life: it can guarantee the service life of more than half a year when used at the job site and more than one month when used for cutting a large number of pipes.
Quality Control: TUWEI company puts the emphasis on quality, so each blade is engraved with a serial number and production date, quality can be traced back to each processing link.
Cutting Edge: The blade cutting edge is designed at a special angle, which not only ensures the durability of the blade but also ensures the frequency of use of the blade cutting.
Pipe Cutting End: The pipe end cut with our blade is 30 degrees which allows the pipe to be welded without a second beveling process.
Easy to Change: Take TWQ-IIIA for example. For the replacement of cutting blade, you shall first loosen 4pcs M8 screws (refer to Fig.1) followed by removing the old blade and replacing with new one. Finally tighten the 4pcs M8 screws. Never loosen the middle round nut(see Fig. 1).

Apply anti-rust oil on the blade to keep the blade.
Replace the cutting blade which is dull, distort, bent or damaged.
Make sure the cutting blade is fixed firmly on the machine.

A1: Normally, we have the cutting blade in stock. So the lead time is any time you require. But in case it is out of stock temporary, please always check it with TUWEI sales team before you place the order.
Q2: Is the cutting blade the interchangeable parts for all TUWEI pipe cutting machines?
A2: No. TUWEI has three different cutting blades. One is universal for model TWQ-IIIA, TWQ-IVA, TWQ-VA, TWQ-8A. One is only for TWQ-VIA. And one is only for TWQ-VIIA.
